First impression was not bad, decent room for the price i paid. I am writing this review now because this happened just a while ago. I was out for the entire day, and when i came back......My Room was wide open!!. Imagine my shock and despair. I ran in to check if anything was stolen, and thankfully it wasn't. This is utterly unacceptable. No one should have to fear for the security of their belongings in a hotel! I m yet to speak to the manager tomorrow morning, will update the review post the conversation.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and then returned for one night on the way to Danang. The rooms were great value, clean and spacious,friendly service . They arranged our day motorbike and transfer to Sapa. We would stay here when ever we come back

we were very disappointed by our stay. our room was dirty. the breakfast is by no mean a breakfast. You have to beg to get a piece of bread or a glass of water...;worse thing was to find black hair in the food or in the bathroom. major hygiene problem. not to be recommended. very noisy;

I stayed in April and the room was quite big and beds comfy but something unpleasant happened the glass on the table broke when I was trying to move it and the owner started scolding me especially since it was partly the hotels fault, the glass was not glued at all on the table!! I cut myself so finally negotiated to pay 800000 VND which according to my friends is a total rip off! But ah well she wanted me to pay 1200000 at first and I was prepared to pay something too... But be careful in moving stuff seems particularly fragile. Dont think I will be back because of the owners atttude and the fact there are so many other hotels to try! :)

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and then returned for two nights on the way home. The rooms were great value, clean and spacious. We could nor speak highly enough about the sraff and I presume owners. They arranged our trip to Ha long bay and all transfers. We would stay here when ever we come back. Thank you
